We're proud to provide a FREE platform to all organizations. That means no startup costs and no platform fees.
Organizations pay only the standard transaction fee of 3.49% + 49¢ per transaction, charged by credit card companies for secure online donations. This fee is automatically deducted at the end of your fundraiser and paid directly to the credit card companies. TeamPledge itself charges no fees whatsoever, and we have no fundraising minimums.
At checkout, donors see a simple toggle to cover the 3.49% + 49¢ transaction fee so 100% of their pledge reaches your organization. It's on by default and completely optional.
Love the platform? Donors can add an optional tip to help us keep TeamPledge free for every organization. Never required, never charged without consent.
How is TeamPledge free?
TeamPledge is free to all organizations thanks to optional donor tips. We rely on donors' generosity to help us run our platform, but the choice to tip is entirely up to the individual. We'll never charge your donors without their consent.
